Online payment is possible. Approximate conversion of the products in various currency is available but final payment is in Vietnam Dong (VND).
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

12. Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
A.Colour

B. Dimensions Variation
Dimensions of items can vary from 0.5-3cm, each item is hand crafted and can possibly vary in size depending on the leather used. The leather tanning process is sustainable and tanned to age over time; time of ageing can vary on usage or the product.

The cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
A. Gift E-Cards are valid for 2 months from date of purchase.
B. Gift E-Cards can be redeemed against all products in the boutique.
C. If you purchase a product less than the value of your voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders but must be used within the 2 month period as to when the gift card was originally purchased
D. We are not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
E. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

At ANUPA we ensure that our products are original pieces by listing all anupa stockists (online and brick and mortar) on www.anupa-ecoluxe.com
ANUPA will work with worldwide customs authorities and various law enforcement agencies based in countries around the world to stop the shipment of counterfeit goods, preventing their sale and distribution.
Please let us know if you see any suspicious looking ANUPA products and we will, where appropriate, take legal action to prevent counterfeiting. We want to protect our brand and our customers so we’re working hard to take down websites and online auctions that we believe are selling counterfeit anupa products.
Whilst we would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we’re not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from us nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.
