We believe our clients’ deserve our products at fair pricing. For those who live outside of the free shipping areas, we ask the clients to pay for the shipping costs and import duty directly themselves. All our goods are shipped directly from our boutique in Vietnam where the items are made. We believe it is more sustainable to ship from source and also helps us to keep our pricing more affordable.
A. Free Shipping in selected districts in Ho Chi Minh City
We can offer free shipping within the Ho Chi Minh City District of 1,3, and Thao Dien.
All items are perfectly packaged to be delivered direct to the address of your choosing. In most cases we will use Grabbike Delivery or a similar service.
B. Shipping within Vietnam other than free shipping areas
In most cases we will use the fastest, reliable, and trackable transport (courier) company. All items are perfectly packaged to be delivered direct to the address of your choosing.
Clients are allowed select their preferred method of transport. However, any items transported without a tracking method, will be at the responsible of the client (we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of the items).
Cost of transport will be charged directly to client prior or on delivery depending on the service selected.
C. Delivery outside Vietnam
Whatever corner of the globe you may be, all goods are carefully packed and dispatched by air using FedEx (or equivalent courier service). In most cases we will use the fastest, reliable, and trackable transport (courier) company.

A. Import Duty
Custom charges that are specific to each country may be added to your bill or charged on arrival. Please note that you will be responsible for these costs with your local customs authorities.
B. Tracking
Once the item has been prepared for dispatched a tracking number will be provided to you.
C. Delivery Times
For orders to most countries deliveries will be made approximately within 3-5 days on day of dispatch. These dates for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change without notice.
D. Christmas Deliveries
Orders are processed throughout the month of December including 24, 25, 26, and 31 December.

E. Delivery Information
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.
