We can accept product exchange within 7 days of receipt, subject with our exchange policy.

Additional to the proof of purchase, as long as the product has not be worn, used, washed, altered, and has;

The original sales tags still attached to the item(s) ; And  The item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Items we cannot exchange;
• Clothing due to hygiene reasons
• Items sold as part of a sample (or clearance) sale
• Products that were customized, in part or in whole
• Gift vouchers are not refundable, in part or in whole

We do not accept:

  • Claims without the product being returned
  • Requests based only on photos or descriptions

 

  1. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection.

If we determine the issue is due to our error (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect item), we will at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product, or
  • Offer an alternative product solution

If the issue is not due to our error, the request will be declined.

 

  1. Conditions Where Claims Are Rejected

We will not accept exchanges or claims if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase
  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered
  • The product is not returned for inspection
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear or misuse

Strict Time Limit: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

No Exceptions: This policy applies to all customers without exception. We do not make special arrangements outside of these terms.

Condition Verification: By purchasing and accepting the product, the customer acknowledges that the item was received in satisfactory condition.

Return Shipping Risk: The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product. We are not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.

Non-Compliant Returns: If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. The item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Right to Refuse Claims: We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not comply fully with this policy or cannot be verified upon inspection.
